Toronto health centre kick starts PPP
A Canadian mental health care centre has issued a request for qualifications for a DBFM contract to deliver part two of its major redevelopment scheme.
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health wants a private sector partner to deliver phase 1b of its project to transform the delivery of its services. It has enlisted Canada’s government agency Infrastructure Ontario, who provide finance and support to public sector authorities revamping services using PPP, to help with procurement.
